The Olivet Discourse is recorded in three of the four gospels: Matt. 24 - 25, Mark 13 and Luke 21. It is the definitive endtime prophecy given by Jesus. There are differences between the three passages, i.e. the prophecy in Luke has a double fulfillment: the first in 70 A.D. when Jerusalem was destroyed by Rome, and the second in the endtimes. Mark is a condensed version, and Matthew seems to focus on the Jewish people. The articles linked on this page are a close look at the prophecy as given in Matthew.
